  1. ways:Singing to the unborn baby; create an original womb song; practicing the Sound Birthing techniques nightly with music.Music is paired with Movement, Water, Massage, and Deep Breathing (when falling asleep).
Singing induces a state of calmness, peace, and relaxation which benefits Moms, Dads, and babies. Singing can reduce stress, which in turn can reduce the levels of cortisol in the mother’s body. Decreasing stress hormones is a good thing for Mom and baby. High levels of stress during pregnancy in mothers have been found to correlate with learning issues later in childhood. Helps your body and mind to relax and prepare for birth .
These tools will greatly enhance your relaxation during your labor and birthing.Deep relaxation enables the cervix to dilate quickly, gently and easy during birthing. When the muscles are relaxed the perineum stretches well and the baby births gently and easily.
Practicing during pregnancy helps your body to develop an autogenic relaxation response. Over time your body will automatically relax when you hear this music. Induce a calm, relaxing state. Create or change a mood.Music has a great impact on our bodies than we can imagine, as it does not enter only throughour ears. In addition to the hearing process, music’s vibrations generate responses from our autonomic nervous system, such as: neural impulses triggering reactions in heart rate and blood pressure; change to muscle tone and brain frequencies; galvanic skin responses; pilomotor reflex; pupil reflex; gastric motility.Music can also facilitate movement/position change, support breathing, enhance comfort, build energy, etc. Evoke imagery. Express feelings: sadness, frustration, joy, fear.
Reminisce, think of pleasant memories. Help the birthing woman to let go of anything that is holding her back.(emotional, physical and psychological)
